Information We Collect
Covert is a non-custodial, privacy-first protocol. We do not collect personal identifying information. The only data associated with your activity is your on-chain wallet address, which is pseudonymous and publicly visible on the Solana blockchain by design.
When you interact with our web interface, standard browser telemetry (e.g. page views, referrer URLs) may be collected via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or user profiling.
On-Chain Data
Transactions executed through Covert are processed inside MagicBlock's Private Ephemeral Rollups (PER), which are secured by Trusted Execution Environments (TEE). Intermediate state — including bids, asks, balances, and counterparty identities — is never written to the public ledger during execution. Only the final settled amounts are committed to Solana L1.
Because settlement happens on a public blockchain, your wallet address and the settled transaction amounts will be permanently and immutably visible on Solana. You accept this by using the protocol.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party wallet connection providers (via Reown AppKit). Those providers operate under their own privacy policies. We do not control the data practices of external services, including RPC providers, block explorers, or analytics tools you may use independently.
Links to external sites (npm, GitHub, etc.) are provided for convenience. Covert bears no responsibility for the privacy practices of those destinations.
Agent Interactions
Autonomous agents using the Covert SDK transact on behalf of their operators. If you operate an agent, you are responsible for ensuring that the agent's activity complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Covert does not monitor, log, or store the strategy, instructions, or credentials of any agent.
Data Retention
We retain no server-side user data. Any ephemeral session state held in TEE memory is discarded upon rollup settlement. On-chain data follows Solana's permanent ledger model and cannot be deleted by Covert or anyone else.
Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or correct on your behalf. If you believe we have inadvertently received personal data, contact us at the address below and we will investigate promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via our official channels (X / GitHub). Continued use of the protocol after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
